The Tribunal's New Home

It's an exciting time for the Tribunal right now.  We're currently moving into our new home.  We have a new web host that provides so many more features, disk space and bandwidth than we've ever had before.  We're also switching to a new forum system called Community Server.  As you'll see, all of our old forums, users and posts are still present in this new system.  You can login with your old username and password.  CS is also faster and provides many new features such as blogs, RSS feeds, file galleries, posting and replying through email and an advanced user permissions system.  We can now setup seperate permissions for multiple games to allow those sub-guilds to grow on their own.  And even the search and sign-up features work for a change.

Obviously there's alot of work for us to still do.  The site colors and content need to be set and fleshed out.  We're still learning all of the new features at our fingertips.  We'll be posting an archive of the old Shadowbane site for nostalgic purposes, but for the most part, we're putting the past behind us and looking to the future with new games, such as Age of Conan (which you can read about here).

Some user profile settings, signature settings, private messages and more didn't make the conversion to the new system.  You can edit your profile once you login by clicking on your own name in the upper right corner of the screen.  All Tribunal members should type their Tribunal name in the 'Name' field of the 'About' tab and turn on 'Enable DisplayName' under the 'Site Options' tab on the profile screen.  Also, it seems that having an image wrapped in a link in your sig does not work.  Remove the [url] tag and it will all work again.

Take a look around and get used to the new site.  We'll be expanding the content and features soon.  In the meantime, please post and be part of the discussions!
